She debuted in Bollywood nevertheless but ventured out to other industries for lack of opportunities in Hindi after her debut. She again wanted to be a Bollywood heroine for which she acted in the Hindi remake of the Suriyastarrer Singam with Ajay Devgan in Singham.

Kajal Aggarwal has stolen hearts in Magadheera in Telugu but both her Tamil debut Bommalattam and her second Tamil film Naan Mahaan Alla didn’t fetch her accolades. However, as a happening actress, she is starring in Suriya’s Maatraan which is directed by KV Anand.

This is where it had all gone wrong though not entirely. The crew of Maatraan including Suriya and KV Anand fears that Kajal Aggarwal’s recent topless  act in FHM Magazine will affect their film’s publicity.

She was about to be banned from the four South Indian Film Industries, when she made a remark that she was a north Indian or a Bollywood actress. Suriya and KV Anand helped her play a role in Tamil in Maatraan but with his topless pictures on FHM Magazine, she has received flak from the unit.

Sources say that she was looking for attention from the Bollywood biggies and so she agreed to pose. However, the pose is not that obscene or vulgar. She has her hands crossed in front of her. Ironically, she also says that she does not want to act in movies and kissing scenes.
